It's about the size of Lovelock. I wanted to race their Silver Cup this year, but they are holding it the same weekend as our 2-day end of season show in Lovelock.

i emailed them about the body thing. had some trouble with that in elko last year and want to be sure that its ok. im hoping to end up at lovelock or BM if i can rustle up some funds. hurts me to see my car just sitting around. also, georges car is almost done. should have it ready in jan and will go run a winter series race or two in death valley.

Stephen, Battle Mountain has no problem with the fabricated bodies. I ran there 2 years ago, Ken Knight, Tim Garner, Richard Scott have all run there as well as several others that have fab bodies. It's never been a problem. I would like to run there this year, but it's the same 2 days as our last Lovelock race.

Battle Mountain usually runs Elko rules and that's because when i started running there Winnemucca didn't have a track up and running yet. we in Elko did change our rules to allow the after market or home built body's this year so yes Battle Mountain allows them and always has.

ENTRY FEE is $50 A NIGHT FOR CAR AND DRIVER AND THE PIT PASSES ARE $20 EACH. I'm not sure what they well pay if there are less than 10 cars

5 cars showed up 3 from winnemucca 1 from elko 1 from battle mountain my car didn't even start. i went to start it to warm it up it would not crank over though the starter was bad got a push let the clutch out the rear wheels were locked up the. no. 4 cylinder was full of coolant so i had either a blown head gasket or cracked head and the car from battle mountain made the heat but he broke they and on the second night one of the cars from winnemucca broke so not a good weekend for the minis at battle mountain. but one of the pro stocks let me drive his pro stock Saturday night so it was a fun weekend any way
